Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 20% of the item(s)' cost.
With a few exceptions, regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in it's original packaging. Note that Seasonal Merchandise - Christmas, Graduation, etc. is NOT Returnable.
Any return requests for Drop Ship products must be issued by our Customer Support Department and are issued only in the event of manufacturer defect.
Please Note:
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
- All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment.
- We promise to process your return quickly, however due to credit card statement closing dates, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
- To ensure proper credit - all returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and be shipped back unopened with all original packaging, in saleable condition.
