Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 20% of the item(s)' cost.

With a few exceptions, regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in it's original packaging. Note that Seasonal Merchandise - Christmas, Graduation, etc. is NOT Returnable.

Any return requests for Drop Ship products must be issued by our Customer Support Department and are issued only in the event of manufacturer defect.

Please Note:

  1. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
  2. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
  3. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment.
  4. We promise to process your return quickly, however due to credit card statement closing dates, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
  5. To ensure proper credit - all returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and be shipped back unopened with all original packaging, in saleable condition.
